    GLOSSOP OLD BAND are actively searching for an experienced Front Row Cornet player with immediate effect. (The position is negotiable with Principal seat available to right person). Also BBb Bass and 3rd cornet players. We rehearse one night per week, Tuesday, with extra rehearsals whenever necessary. Bandroom

Two Glossop wards used the Bandroom as their Polling Station on 6th May.

We think this may be the first time the Bandroom has been used for that purpose and it could be that more people went inside than at any other time in the building's history.

It would be interesting to know how many of these entered for the very first time or didn't even know it was there before.
